DMX’s Posthumous Album “Exodus” has its Release Date

Def Jam, Swizz Beatz and the group that handles the Rap legend, DMX’s social media took to Instagram to share the news about the late rapper’s posthumous album name, and release date. Titled “Exodus”, the album will be dropping on the 28th of May. The caption to the post read “The legacy continues,” while Swizz Beatz captioned “EXODUS IS COMING X THE ALBUM #DMX.”

The album was produced by Swizz Beatz, who said in a statement, “My brother X was one of the most pure and rare souls I’ve ever met. He lived his life dedicated to his family and music. Most of all, he was generous with his giving and loved his fans beyond measure. This album, X couldn’t wait for his fans all around the world to hear and show just how much he valued each and every single person that has supported him unconditionally.”

While a tracklist and guests artists have not been revealed, we had news earlier this February that the album featured appearances from Pop smoke, and the Griselda crew.
