Skepta and Nafe Smallz Go Bank Robbing in "Greaze Mode" Video

Following the release of the visuals for “Bullet From A Gun”, Skepta keeps the buzz for his upcoming album “Ignorance Is Bliss” going with a new video for “Greaze Mode.” The Nafe Smallz collaboration is spotlighted with a video shot to recall Blaxploitation films of the ’70s and ’80s, complete with slick suits and film grain.

Directed by frequent Skepta collaborator Matt Walker, the three-and-a-half minute-long clip follows Skepta and Nafe through a bank robbery, complete with rudimentary hostage-taking. A back-and-forth with a police captain doesn’t keep the armed forces at bay for too long, as Skepta and Nafe are forced to evacuate with their loot. Rocking an appropriately retro hairdo, Skepta leads his co-conspirator out the back hoping to escape the cops, as the bouncy production and slick vocals of “Greaze Mode” leads the action along.

Watch “Greaze Mode” above and anticipate the release of Ignorance Is Bliss via Skepta’s own Boy Better Know label on May 31.
