Since Nipsey Hussle’s passing in 2019, The Marathon Clothing and Puma have collaborated severally, keeping the icons legacy alive by releasing multiple collections - in September 2019, February 2020 and September 2020. They are collaborating once again on a new capsule featuring a Puma Suede and a T-shirt.
The Puma Suede is created in grey with tonal Formstrip detailing. We could also see gold embellishments around it. A TMC logo is seen on the heel, with the standard PUMA insignia seen on the midfoot and tongue badge. A gold stamp is seen on the in-sole, with gold “The Marathon” anglers and white rubber midsole finishing the silhouette.
On the white tee, it features a gray “Hussle Way”/PUMA on its chest and a tag that explains TMC’s mission statement.
The Marathon Clothing x PUMA Suede is set to release via the PUMA webstore on May 7. The shoe is priced at $80 USD, and the tee at $45 USD.
